The General Director acting on the basis of the Articles of Association, hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”, addresses this offer (public offer) to an indefinite circle of individuals to conclude a contract for the retail sale of goods remotely on the terms set out below.
1. Basic terms
1.1. The Buyer is a fully capable individual who has accepted (accepted) the offer.
1.2. Product — clothing and accessories offered for sale on the AURORA.LUXE website.
1.3. Order is a Customer’s request on the website for the purchase and delivery of Goods.
2. General provisions
2.1. This document is a public offer in accordance with Articles 435 and paragraph 2 of Article 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
2.2. Placing an Order on the website means that the Buyer fully and unconditionally accepts the terms of this offer (acceptance).
3. The moment of conclusion of the agreement
3.1. The retail purchase and sale agreement is considered concluded from the moment:
clicking the “Pay” or “Place an order” button;
successful debit of funds from the Buyer’s card;
the Customer receives an email confirming the Order.
3.2. Prior to payment, the Order may be cancelled by the Buyer at any time.
4. Price and payment procedure
4.1. The price of the Product is indicated on the website in Russian rubles and includes VAT.
4.2. Payment is made exclusively by online bank card (Mir, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro) at the time of placing the Order.
4.3. No other payment methods are provided.
4.4. The Seller has the right to change prices until the moment of payment. The cost of the paid product cannot be changed.
5. Product Delivery
5.1. The terms, terms and cost of delivery are specified in the “Delivery and payment” section.
5.2. The Seller’s obligation to transfer the Goods is deemed fulfilled from the moment the Goods are handed over to the Buyer or the person indicated by him or transferred to the pick-up point.
5.3. The risk of accidental loss or damage to the Goods passes to the Buyer from the moment of delivery of the Goods.
6. Return Of The Product
6.1. The return of Goods of proper quality is possible within 7 (seven) days from the date of receipt, provided that the presentation, consumer properties, seals and labels are preserved.
6.2. Return of Goods of inadequate quality — within 30 days from the date of receipt.
6.3. The return procedure and conditions are described in detail in the “Return of goods” section of the website.
6.4. The proof of purchase is the Order number and/or the confirmation letter. The absence of a cash receipt is not a reason for refusing a refund.
7. Responsibility of the parties
7.1. The Seller is not responsible for the improper use of the Goods by the Buyer.
7.2. The Parties are released from liability for partial or complete non-fulfillment of obligations if it is caused by force majeure circumstances.
8. Other conditions
8.1. All disputes related to the performance of this agreement are resolved through negotiations. If it is impossible to settle — in court at the Seller’s location.
8.2. The Seller has the right to unilaterally amend the offer by posting a new version on the website.
8.3. In everything else that is not regulated by this offer, the parties are guided by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
