Delivery and payment

We do our best to ensure that your order arrives quickly and without unnecessary difficulties. All shipments are carried out from St. Petersburg throughout Russia through a reliable courier service.

Orders are delivered only on condition of full prepayment of the Goods and the cost of delivery. Fitting of goods upon receipt is not provided. After placing the order, a confirmation with the order number will be sent to the specified email address. During business hours (from Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 18:00), the manager will contact you to clarify the details.

After the delivery of the Goods to the courier service, a tracking number will be sent to the e-mail for self
-tracking.

Delivery is carried out to the address specified by the Buyer. The cost of delivery is calculated automatically according to the current rates of the courier service and is displayed at the checkout stage.

After confirming the order, the Customer goes to a secure payment page where they need to enter their bank card details.: The name of the owner (as on the map, in Latin, for example: IVAN IVANOV).

Card number (16 digits, for example: 0123 4567 8901 2345).

Validity period (month and year, for example: 12/25).

CVV/CVC code (3 digits on the reverse side, for example: 123).

Possible reasons for refusal: expired card, lack of funds, exceeding the daily limit, or suspicion of fraud by the bank.

Please note: when returning the goods, the funds are returned exclusively to the bank card from which the payment was made.
