Return of good quality goods

The buyer has the right to refuse the product of proper quality and return it within 7 days of
receipt without explanation (clause 4, Article 26.1 of the Law of the Russian Federation “On Consumer Rights
Protection”).

Terms of return:

The product was not in use
Its presentation, consumer properties, seals and factory labels have been preserved.

The proof of purchase is the order number and the confirmation letter. No cash register
The receipt is not a reason for refusing a refund. In this case, the buyer pays for the return delivery.

Refund procedure

Write to Info@aurora.luxe with the subject of the request “Return of order no. ___”
Wait for instructions from the manager.
The refund is carried out within 10 days from the date of receipt of the goods at
the Seller’s warehouse in the same way as the payment was made.

Return of goods of inadequate quality

If defects are found in the product, the Buyer has the right to return it within 30 days from the date
of receipt. In this case, the Seller pays for the return delivery.

Write to Info@aurora.luxe Please indicate the reason for the refund with the subject of the request “Order refund No. ___”

Wait for instructions from the manager.
The refund is carried out within 10 days from the date of receipt of the goods at
the Seller’s warehouse in the same way as the payment was made.
